KnowLeo Wknd Scope March 24 – 26, 2023
Leo, as the Moon is still in the pleasure seeking sign of Taurus during Friday and Saturday, it’s a nice time to give a little love to your career and public image. On Friday Mars moves into the nurturing sign of Cancer for the next two months, after having spent 7 long months in Gemini. You’ll be feeling a bit more introspective and reflective than usual. Use this transit to connect with your spiritual side and focus on self-care. You may also have some vivid dreams or experience a greater sense of intuition. Listen to your inner voice, and keep a dream journal close by. On Saturday night, the Moon moves into the exchange loving sign of Gemini, and you’ll be craving more interconnection. However scattered your friends may be, sometimes a memory, an inside joke, or a common cause is all the excuse you need to come together.

KnowLeo March ’23 Scope
Key Themes: Embracing closed doors, patience, embodiment, a softer side, a new way of experiencing abundance
Leo, there’s been a challenging cosmic unfolding for you over the last month, and you may have gotten to a point of starting to feel somewhat defeated. The Lunar Nodes are tightening in a tension to Pluto (planet of radical transformation), and this tends to raise both our fears and discomfort. Perhaps you’ve had the feeling that you’re watching countless opportunities pass you by.
The month of March carries a message of: trusting that what’s meant to be yours, will be. Even if it feels like you’ve been experiencing non-stop closed doors, that simply means that you’re clearing out the path towards your perfect match.
Mercury entering Pisces (March 2nd) also reminds you that it’s okay to admit your vulnerability, both to yourself and others. Carrying a persona of having it all together is a big one for us Leos, but the downside to this is that it tends to cut us off from receiving support. If you constantly bury your struggle, how can anyone know that you’re reaching out for help?
The last Full Moon of the astrological year takes place in Virgo on March 7th. This provides you the perfect opportunity to connect deeply, with your own personal sense of empowerment. After challenging times, you can be the best person to hype yourself up. Affirm: this is your life, your path and you get to do it the way that suits you best. Next, step is simply figuring out (as you go) how you’ll do it. This moon offers you a huge portal of release. Let go of anything that has grown redundant, heavy or stagnant over the last twelve months, and that includes the relationships where you’re repeatedly being taken for granted.
Powerfully (on the same day as the Full Moon), we experience Saturn shifting out of Aquarius, into Pisces. Saturn is the place where we become self-authorities. This planet also rules society, tradition and time… all the serious stuff. In Aquarius, Saturn had everything to do with networking, community, and our global collective. The internet (an Aquarian invention) boomed over this last 2.5 year cycle, as the pandemic pushed us all further out of our physical lives, and into connecting within the digital ether.
As this planet now moves into Pisces, you’ll observe society shifting once again. Trends will likely take more of a distinctly spiritual flavor – and like all things Saturn, this has both light and shadow sides to it. Light side: a deeper sense of shared One-ness. Dark side: spiritual bypassing and culture wars.
On a personal level, for you this can mean embracing a softer side of yourself, even in the spheres where you usually place pressure on yourself. Dissolving the line of categorization between “work” and the rest of life, will offer you a whole new way to experience abundance Leo. In fact, it will redefine it.
The slowed pace of March turns up a gear on March 20th, the sun moves into Aries, initiating the start of a whole new astrological year. Plus, a day later (March 21st) we have our first New Moon of the Astrological year, a powerful portal for planting seeds and visions for the next twelve months. Here, the sky’s the limit Leo.
Ruler: The Sun
Where You’ll Find Them: At an audition, taking a selfie, or building an empire
What They Avoid: Waiting in line, dealing with paperwork, following orders
Leo, the fifth sign of the zodiac, is all about spreading love, light, and glamour in the world. Ruled by the Sun, Leos are the center of attention, even if they don’t try to be. There’s something about Leo that screams “Look at me!”, and makes everyone stop and stare in awe and fascination. Leo’s symbol is the lion, and they have that natural royal aura about them that makes them natural leaders, inspiring us all to be our brightest, strongest selves. If there’s one thing that’s clear about Leo, it’s that they’re full of passion, power and ambition. They dim their light for absolutely no one. It may take them a while to get to this level of self-confidence, though.
Leo thrives in a career where they have the freedom to do as they please. Leos make great presidents, CEOs, entrepreneurs, celebrities, artists, stylists, and creative directors. They are also quite adept politicians, skilled at the art of persuasion. Leos often appear to be super confident, even if it’s a front, and this often helps them get exactly where they need to be at rocket speed. Don’t get it twisted though — Leo knows that it takes hard work and dedication to get to the top of the professional ladder, and they’re willing to put in the work. It’s just that their patience will run thin if they’re dealing with people who aren’t as driven as they are. Leo’s team must really be supportive of their endeavors, or else they’ll search for something new.
As friends, Leos are often the life of the party. They’re the ones you call when you’re feeling down and need a night on the town to lift your spirits. Leo does have a huge ego and can be quite prideful at times though, and it can be difficult for Leo to admit when they’re wrong. But ultimately, despite their sometimes self-centered nature, Leos have big hearts and are extremely generous to those they love — sometimes to a fault. Leos must guard against frenemies or people who have a hidden agenda. Luckily, since Leo has such a positive outlook on life, they tend to attract more genuine supporters than secret haters. However, if they do attract negativity, Leo must be sure that their own shadow side, such as their legendary competitiveness and jealousy, aren’t wrecking havoc in their lives. The key is for them to admit when their shadow is creeping up.
When it comes to love, Leo goes all out when pursuing someone who interests them. They love the chase, but they also love to be chased. Leo doesn’t have to play hard to get — everyone knows they are hard to get, and that’s because everyone wants them. Leo should avoid getting too cocky or confident though, because sometimes that can also cause problems in relationships if their significant other feels like they’re not enough for Leo. Leo’s standards are royally high, and they’re constantly seeking to be in a power couple dynamic with someone who keeps them on their toes. Deeply sexual and passionate, loving a Leo is the ultimate whirlwind romance. Wild and spontaneous, Leo likes to call the shots both in and out of the bedroom. They’re the type of ride you never want to get off of.
