What is the KTZ app?

The KTZ app is your cosmic guide to understanding your birth chart and the influence of planetary transits. It provides daily horoscopes, real-time astrological insights, and exclusive content to help you navigate life with clarity and purpose.

What features does the KTZ app offer?

The KTZ app operates on a freemium model:

What devices are compatible?

KTZ works on most Apple and Android devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android tablets. We recommend keeping your operating system updated for the best experience.

  1. Navigating the App

How do I create an account?

Sign up using:

  • Apple Sign-In
  • Google Sign-In
  • Email & Password

You’ll enter your birth details (date, time, and location) to generate your birth chart. All data is confidential.

Can I change my birth details if I made a mistake?

Yes! Go to Settings > Restart Analysis, enter your correct birth time, and your chart will be recalculated.

What astrological system and process does KTZ use?

 

  • KTZ uses the Placidus house system for now; eventually we’ll add the option for Whole Sign and other systems, so please bear with us and stay tuned for updates
  • Read scopes for your Rising sign (if known) first
  • Then Read Scopes for Sun sign, and Moon sign for an added layer of insights

Does KTZ support multiple user profiles?

Not yet, but we plan to add this feature in the future.

 

Can I save my favorite horoscopes or readings?

Not yet, but we’re working on adding this feature.

How do I manage notifications?

Adjust your push notifications in your phone’s settings (Notifications > KTZ).

Does KTZ have accessibility features?

The app is designed with dark mode for ease of use. We’re actively improving accessibility—email support@knowthezodiac.com with feedback.

How often is new content added?

We update articles, videos, and audios monthly or bi-monthly.

Can I download content for offline use?

No, content is not available offline at this time.

Is the compatibility section interactive?

Yes! Users can leave comments under compatibility readings, and we plan to expand this feature.

How can I suggest a new feature?

Email support@knowthezodiac.com or use the Contact Us section in the app.

How do I reset my password?

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions.

What if I get logged out randomly?

We’re working on a fix for this. If it happens more than twice a month, contact support@knowthezodiac.com.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will immediately erase your birth chart data.

What subscription plans are available?

How do I subscribe or upgrade to premium?

You can upgrade in the app at any time. To manage or cancel, go to your Apple App Store or Google Play settings.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You keep premium access until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly plan?

Yes! Most app stores allow upgrading immediately, but downgrades may take effect after the current billing cycle. Check your Apple or Google Play settings for details.

How are payments processed?

All payments go through Apple and Google Play—we do not store or process payments ourselves.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google Play, not KTZ. You can request one via:

  1. Troubleshooting

Why do some parts redirect to the SM/KTZ site?

 

Some offerings and added subscriptions, such as Scorpio’s monthly forecast, were initially offered on the ScorpioMystique site, so it’s easier for us to redirect you there to read the full Scorpio forecasts. Within the next 6 – 12 months, we will have worked out a system for all Scorpio readings to be in the app. 

 

The same applies to the KTZ Compatibility section; we are working on integrating our forum directly within the app and it should be good to go by September 2025 (with special treats!)

 

What to do if my time of birth is unknown?

 

  • Choose “time unknown” when inputting your birth information in the sign-up or “Restart Analysis” section for the birth chart calculator
  • When referencing your chart in the app, ignore any reference to your Rising sign, and ignore house placements, because time of birth is needed to calculate those
  • Try to find your time of birth if you can (contact your birth hospital, ask family if they remember, look at your birth certificate). You can always update your chart with the correct information once you’ve found it

 

I subscribed to KTZ Premium but I am no longer receiving access to Premium features. 

 

Attempt to upgrade again, but instead of paying, click on “Restore purchases”. Then close the app and re-open it again. Your Premium subscription should be restored. If this issue persists, please contact support@knowthezodiac.com for assistance.

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Close and restart the app
  2. Check for updates in the App Store or Google Play
  3. Restart your phone
  4. If the issue persists, email support@knowthezodiac.com

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check your phone’s notification settings and ensure KTZ notifications are enabled.

My premium subscription isn’t showing up. What should I do?

  1. Go to Settings > Redeem Purchases
  2. Restart the app
  3. If that doesn’t work, contact support@knowthezodiac.com

What data does the KTZ app collect?

We collect only:

  • Your email (for updates and newsletters)
  • Your birth details (to generate your birth chart)

We do not sell or share your data.

Is my information secure?

Yes! We use encryption to protect your data.

How do I opt out of marketing emails?

Click the unsubscribe link in any email from us.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Your birth chart data is erased within 72 hours of account deletion.
